Privacy Policy

How Netoja collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and company details, when you contact us or request a consultation.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver services, and, with consent, send occasional updates about NIS2, GDPR, and Microsoft 365 changes.

Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection law. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your consent when you submit an enquiry, our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on that enquiry, and, once you become a client, the contract between us.

How Long We Keep Your Data

If you contact us but do not become a client, we keep your enquiry details for up to 24 months, then delete them. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by Irish tax and accounting law.

Where Your Data Is Stored

This website and the data it collects are hosted with a provider operating data centres within the EU. We do not knowingly transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA.

Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers needed to run this website and respond to you, such as our hosting provider and email delivery service. We do not use advertising or tracking third parties, and we do not sell your data. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Your Rights Under GDPR

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@netoja.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date on this page.
