Services

Netoja provides managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services to SMEs, as described on this site and in individual service agreements.

Engagement

Formal service engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement outlining scope, pricing, and SLAs.

Limitation of Liability

Netoja will perform services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of client systems.

Fees and Payment

Fees for ongoing engagements are set out in the relevant service agreement and invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed. One-off project fees are invoiced per the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your own data, systems, and configurations. We retain ownership of our own internal tools, documentation templates, and methodology used to deliver our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For active clients, material changes will be communicated directly before taking effect.
